Standard delivery
Get your order delivered within 1-5 business days with our quick and cost-effective standard delivery option.
Express delivery
Get your order even faster using our express delivery option! Eligible products are shipped via an express service with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.
Scheduled delivery
Once your order has been confirmed, a courier will contact you to arrange a convenient day for delivery to your door. Please note that scheduled delivery does not include installation, the removal of packaging and old appliances or door delivery to multi-story buildings.
Premium scheduled delivery
Choose our premium scheduled delivery which includes disposal of packaging and removal of your old appliance (if required). This option is also recommended for deliveries beyond ground level (such as lifts or stairs). If you would like your old appliance to be removed, it will need to be unplugged and easily accessible when the courier arrives.
Please note that premium scheduled delivery does not include installation and is available only in select areas.
Freight Protection (Optional Additional Cover)
We will provide extra protection, including express replacement cover, priority customer support and more, in case your delivery is damaged in transit.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the courier’s name and your tracking number, if available. You will receive updates along the way, plus you can keep track of your order by logging into your shoppersworld.com.au account, or via the courier’s website.
